Okay, I figured that I should start this so that I would have something to account to and people to account to so that I am not just feeling alone and feeling like I am . I also have GOD as my helper and I know that things are always possible through GOD! With GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE! Anyway, I work a 3rd shift schedule as a paper route deliverer and that is basically 2 a.m. till about 7 a.m. SO... yes my eating and other things are a bit timely in reference to what other people do, but OH WELL! I do what I do when I want and that is that lol! Just Joking

NO, but seriously I am getting tired of being tired and getting tired of this stomach and man boobs. Anyway, SLOW reps are what I like and I feel more and such using slow reps. Now I am going to do something that people will frown upon but... I lift whenever I feel like it. I cannot stick to alternate days this and that I cannot do schedules, period! Schedules mess me up and I get lost and, well I am back to high school again!

Anyway with this thread I can account to people and actually feel good that people will notice! If I can get someone to tell me how to add pics to a post I will give weekly update pics to. That way I myself can see progress too!

Okay, I know that protein is great for your body and is what your body needs besides carbs but how much do you need. Like a spoonful of peanut butter is okay or what? I don't know too much about what elements besides WATER that the body needs. I know that protein builds muscle, carbs gives energy, you need water to live and your 90 percent made of water. Other than that, I don't know!

Yesterday was just too hot to even think about eating much at all. I had another ham sandwich with lots of lettuce and a pbj sandwich.

This morning was a jelly sandwich and a burrito with chips. I know I have wierd eating habits right now.

Okay so I need to start writing things down with pen first then posting because I cannot remember what I have been eating I have to get my weight room spotless by monday so that I can start heavy on the weights. I have to start tomorrow really focussing on my eating and weight lifting because everthing is ALL over the place and I need to get FOCUSSED and COMMITED!

I have been learning that the hardest thing about all of this is commitment. It is funny, we are more eager to do things that don't do any good yet have a hard time and kill ourselves to find time for the stuff that benefit us and help us Sad

Depends upon your goals. If you are a bodybuilder, most people will suggest a gram of protein per pound of bodyweight per day if you are trying to add muscle mass.

Your pbj sandwiches are probably VERY high in sugar and carbs unless you are using reduced sugar jelly. Could be a lot of fat in that peanut butter as well. Also, you would be surprised how much the protein content can fluctuate from brand to brand. What kind of bread are you using? I would suggest whole grain breads.

Also, smaller, more frequent meals are best to keep the metabolism burning and to keep a constant supply of energy and nutrients. It appears you are eating just 2 or 3 meals, correct? Shoot for at least FOUR small meals, if not five.

High water intake is good, so keep it up.
