Stuck in a hotel for three days/two nights with NO GYM!!!! Stupid work conventions!

Arttie...need a favor...In the guitar lessons in music and minstrals there is a warm up on the first page....could you print that out for me...I moved my printer up to the kitchen with the lap top and have no more room to bring it back to the pc and hook it up...thanks man

Arttie...that is rough. I went with my wife to a convention in San Antonio and we were there for 5 days. The "fitness" room there was awful. I said "forget it, I'll just rest" but it's maddening. I feel your pain!
