PostSubject: Transition in my workout.   Fri Jan 09, 2009 2:09 pm

Started hitting the "transition" machines at the university fitness center recently and I'm really digging the feel of it. A lot more control on some of them and I get experience moving the weights around instead of adjusting a pin.

I think I made a small mistake on the shrug though, because when I pick up the weight my right tricep (feels like it) has a small shoot of pain. This is only when I start though, it doesn't bother when I do the reps (cause I do those right). Any tips for prevention?
