| I created my own style that I call power-bodybuilding. Combines a lot of heavy weights with varied reps and set schemes, along with alternating secondary exercises while centering on core moves. BigBravesFan can help describe it if he wants.

| | I've found the greatest success with very minimal rest in between sets. Rest is just long enough for my partner to do his set. Weights, reps, etc...aren't set in stone...so long as the pace is lightning and your heart is beating 100 MPH. This is what's worked for me. BUT, like Scourge I'm not doing it for powerlifting anymore...just myself! |
