I would try doing things through diet and exercise first. Even then, if I chose to use fat burners I would go with the lowest possible dosage.

This thread depresses me LOL!

I'm never gonna get that low a bodyfat percentage with my schedule.

Oh well. I'm doing pretty good considering.
