I found this really cool FREE Bible study coarse on over eating. This is an area that I really really struggle with.. If there is anyone out there who would like to do this program, please let me know.

I'll look it over and get back to you. Due to the nature of my sport and the fact that I am naturally a skinny guy and I need a lot of food it may not work well but if I can apply the principles to eating healthy vs. eating EVERYTHING I'm in.

I looked at it briefly(it's late) and I will read it more in depth tomorrow. It looks like it is focussed on weight loss which is probably the number one reason people look into eating better. Like I said before, I don't want to lose much weight but I could be much healthier with better eating habits...and do better on the platform too.
