John and I have a gazelle (a'la Tony Little) and it pretty much RAWKS. I haven't used it in a while but need to either get my butt back on it, or get back to the gym.

Has anybody else seen any real results from one of these? I can really feel it all over but especially in the most important muscle of all....my heart.

It's great cardio.

If you're eating sensibly and getting your heart rate up, sounds like the Gazelle is the one for you. Like the food advice (find something you can enjoy) if the Gazelle is something you can enjoy enough to stick to it, by all means do it.
