started a much better workout

so i decided to start using the campus fitness center (hey it's free

) to get a better workout compared to my home stuff.

i just got back from my hour and a half stint in there and i feel good. they got me starting at some pretty good machines and i added treadmill in today.

looking forward to this.

Good. Start now while your young and keep at it. Then, when your 40 and run into your old friends and their beer guts you will know you've done a good thing.

I don't have time for all if it, so I pick my battles. I concentrate on spotting and weeding out satanic paper, handkerchiefs (do you really want Satan that close to your nose?) and eggs. I can spot satanic eggs at Wal Mart like a frickin' drug sniffing dog.

yep. part of the reason i decided to do it.

i went in today for 30 minutes on the treadmill...i go back tomorrow for the full routine.

Yes!! Start young....I remember saying I'd be better off at 40 than I was at 20....well I'm 33 and although it's a fight and things hurt a little more after...so far, so good.

I will be cause I HAVE to eat better to maintain fighting trim. At 20 I could live on pizza and still get by.
