Nice work! That's exactly what I was doing with my 155 the last time. These are SO hard, but that's why I'm gonna keep at them. When I'm done my whole shoulders/back/hamstring line is on fire!!

That's some hard lifting on back to back days. Is this for your training for the meet?

Yes.

It's how it falls sometimes. That bench workout yesterday was actually fairly light and easy, and today's was a "light(er)" day.

I do chest things every 3rd and 6th day and I have off-setting 9 days cycles for DL and Squat so every so often I actually have a day where I bench and DL or squat in the same day. NOT the best, but it does allow me to keep a lot of space between squat and DL days.

It's based on my every 3rd day work schedule. I used to try and just do it based on a normal 7 day week but then certain heavy days would fall on a work day and since I don't have the equipment at work I would be up at 5:00-5:30 lifting heavy at home. I discovered the last couple years that I lift much better around 11:00-4:00 and that although I'm a morning person I'm not so hot lifting in the wee-hours.

Ha! When I say Incline I'm referring to Barbbell!. That WOULD BE awesome. (my wording was confusing..) Someday.....

Deadlift:

W/35 # plates to make it 2" farther/harder Sumo DL 130 x 10......210 x 5......255 x 17.....255 x 9

Power cleans...160 x 4 (#5 was a very near miss high pull)

SLDL 160 x 8. I LOVE the stretch I get with these when I'm using the 35's.

Pull Ups x 5.....w/10 x 5....w/20 x 6..

Soundtrack - Quiet Riot - Metal Health (Vinyl)

I'm amazed at how much harder it is when you have to pull just 2 more inches. Exhausted....

Squat day:

Had a Vitage Base Ball Tournament from 10:00-6:00 (24 total innings) so I scrapped heavy day and did a Dynamic Effort type lift.

Warm up 40 x 8......130 x 5....Then with 30 second rest:

218 x 2
218 x 2
218 x 2
218 x 2
218 x 2
218 x 2

That's all! It seems to have really hit my hips and gave my back a much needed break.
