| Jeepers, can you curl. BP: 40 x 12 130 x 8 "Buckeye" 290 200 x 8 210 x 6 230 x 4 250 x 3 260 x 2 (#2 was more sloppy, but it went) 270 x 1 (nice and stong) 230 x 4 (hard!!) Skull Crushers: 90 x 13 110 x 4 Some bar pushdowns. Pros and cons; 260 x 2 was hard and 270 wasn't easy. But.... I didn't have a partner and I wasn't wearing my belt so I had two crutches taken away and my shoulder is feeling better than it has in months. Still not perfect, but much better. Thank God, things seem to be rounding into shape. _________________ Hey kid!  |

| New workouts. Going to be more total body with focus areas. Deadlift: 10x185 8x225 6x250 Haven't done deads for awhile. Incline DB Press superset with Horizontal Weighted Pull Ups DB: 10x60 HPU's: 10 with 35# weight on chest DB: 10x65 HPU's: 10 with 35# DB: 10x75 HPU's: 10x35 Standing Overhead Press Superset with Inverted Row SOP: 40# DB's x10 Inverted Row: 6x90 SOP: 40x10 Inverted Row: 6x90 SOP: 40x10 Leg Extension: 10x50 10x50 10x50 Boy, these bug the knee. This is my plan as well after the meet. For 8 months I'm going to shift focus. I'm tired of the brutal lifting.

| Have you done Romanian Deads? My hip flexors are sore and you have to be very careful or the back is going to get hurt.
