Pull ups are great. My back is my strongest workout-but the good old chins are the killer.
Tuesday
Wide grip pullups (pushing towards 20)
Close reverse grip pullups( pushing towards 20)
Behind the neck up right row (90kg-4 sets)-great for traps, rear delt and upper back!
Friday
Bent over barbell row (105 kg 4 sets)
One arm dumbell row (55 kg 3 sets)
Rear delt fly (25 kg) (3 sets)
I try and start my first set either at the max the week before or just under and try for small increase each week
