Promino Plus Am/Pm

Anybody ever heard of this supplement? Sound worthy of a try... especially if it helps regulate sleep.. I have the worst insomnia.

From what I can tell it has some positive effects but not as much as some of the ads from sellers claim. It also seems to lose effectiveness over time so probably be cycled on and off but could be worth a shot.

yea.

Apparently it is supposed to normalize hormone levels.. what I need is being able to sleep without having to drug myself into it.

I'd strongly suggest taking a ZMA supplement, personally...

You have to remember that supplement companies are not FDA regulated and can pretty much claim anything they want for some reason. I would try ZMA only because I have tried it and Artie says it works so there are two people who say it works well. "If it sounds too good to be true it usually is" really applies to supplements.

Now that's not to say this stuff won't work. It may work very well but just try to take note of how you feel when using it. Do you feel like the label says you should? Is it doing what it claims? If the answer is yes then stay with it. If it's no then don't buy it any more.

Excellent advice, Jim. I never promote a supplement I have not personally used.
