| Ok.. Both my wife and I have been wanting to get back into the gym but haven't been able to afford it/go back for many years now. So we're both quite out of shape and in NEED of more exercise.
We were gonna join a gym this year using our incometax check but of course the van ended up needing new brake lines and a bunch fo other stuff.. Anyways.... Out of frustration and a desire to get into some workout program, my wife recently purchased the "Power 90" kit off ebay.
I'm usually leary of those "get-fit infomercials". Although, everything I've read about the program seemed to be positive except for the dealing with the company directly on purchasing issues (which isn't an issue here since she bought it ebay).
 Any thoughts on the program? Does anyone have it? Any tips or ideas to make it more effective? Did we just waste our money? lol

| I've not seen those particular workout programs, but if it includes some sort of exercise program, it can't be all bad.
My wife purchased the Turbo Jam workout. They make a lot of promises in those infomercials, but you have to pay close attention to the fine print. None of these exercise programs work without a proper diet.
I actually enjoy the Turbo Jam DVDs and use them once in a while for cardio and for a good abdominal workout.

| Never heard of this particular program, but I always say that if it doesn't involve real work, it isn't going to really work.
