PostSubject: My mini-pic thread. Progress report(s)   Sun Apr 27, 2008 8:06 am
Updated pic....The scale's been up and down and I know better to trust it too much so I'm using the camera and the mirror. Here's an update....I'd like to shed 2-3 % points off my body fat before the meet. Fat doesn't move weight so I'm leaving strength "on the table" by being too fat....and that double chin tells you the real story on how much of the goo I'm still carrying!!
No real vascularity yet, either. Reaching my 181 goals is gonna require even further changes and discipline but I'm in such a "happy place" mentally that I'm enjoying the ride. It's like I'm using myself as a science project.

Thanks man. As I've said, you're part of my inspiration. This board is triply cool as it's not only The Christian Metal Realm but I've found some fellow lifters (whatever each one's end goal is).
