| Looks pretty good but i'm not going to buy all the stuff. If you were starting out it'd be a decent place though. _________________ I don't have time for all if it, so I pick my battles. I can spot satanic eggs at Wal Mart like a frickin' drug sniffing dog.

I'm not on it, but, I stole some good ideas from it. I like the concept of going from exercise to exercise,.....I do something like that....and, I do some of his execises since watching it....I want to rewatch the cardio discs (yoga/kempo) again, and maybe start doing them. A friend at work bought it, and, of course doesn't use them, so he loans them to friends. _________________ I'm not going to taste you to verify if you have bad taste or not, but let's just say I strongly suspect that you do.

Its basically 1-1.5 hours a day 7 day a week program for 90 days phase 1: 3 weeks day 1 - chest, back, ab ripperx 2 - Plyometrics 3 - Shoulders, arms , ab ripper 4 - Yoga 5 - legs, back 6 - kempo 7 - Stretch or rest
week 4 core and cardio stuff
weeks 5,6,7
more like weeks 1-3 but with different exercises
Thats the gist of it The cool thing is its very modifiable , if you want size use low reps and high weight etc also it leaves nothing out you get cardio(cardioX,KempoX,Plyo), Strength(the weight stuff), Flexibility(YogaX, StretchX) , Core and abs(ab ripperX, Yoga) Explosive power and balance(Plyometrics, kenpo) and relaxation and mind body connection(yoga).
You feel like you can do anything, play sports, climb a mountain etc and you look better. BUT its very intense, its non-stop , the Plyometrics and Yoga are brutal (yeah the yoga!) but when you complete the workout you feel so good cause you know you have accomplished something.
I heard about it before and I thought about doing it but I didn't want to start something I couldn't stick with. BUT then a co-worker of mine dissapeared from the gym for a while, next time saw him he said he had completed p90x and was going to continue, man he looked great! So I said heck if a guy I know can do it so can I , so here I am.
I have worked out lots b4 and was in pretty good shape but have never really had a six pack(I'm not over weight just either have small abs or a bit to much fat on my belly) either way we'll see how this works out. I'll do some b4 and after photos and post em if you guys are interested.[img][/img][img][/img] |

| I've heard good things about it, and did a session one day at work. It's too long and involved for my needs, though (time consuming). _________________ Hey kid! |
