Out of action for the week...maybe longer...

Had to have a cortizone shot in my left shoulder and can't lift for the week. If this doesn't work, I have to have my shoulder scoped, which will put me in a sling for 2 weeks, but should get me back to full strength in 4-6 weeks. BUT...if there is rotator cuff or labrum damage, I will be out for 4-6 months!!!! Pray folks...please pray!!!

That's tough!!! I know of some people who have had rotator surgery and I heard the rehab is very painful...but that guy is a sissy so who knows.

No, it happened as a result of 23 years of the gym, wrestling in college and high school, football, and other sports. It is an accumulative problem. I have more or less been ignoring it for several months.

Ohh, that's a little scary as my shoulder has been really bothering me. I'm praying for sure.
