| Obviously not a professional shot, I took this with my cell phone at the tanning saloon. However, I am really happy with the strides I've made. Now if I could just loose a few more percents of body fat so that my bottom abs would pop and I could have a bit more definition, I'd be really happy. (Hope this picture doesn't offend anyone, but if I did compete this year, this is pretty much what I'd be wearing on stage.)
I'm really happy with how my legs, arms and shoulders have developed. Not so happy with the middle yet. It's always been my problem area. Comments on what I need to improve? Suggestions on how to improve would also be welcome.

BTW, forgot to mention, this is not a 'flexed' pose. I'm just standing there. |

| Didn't realize you were into tanning, also. I can't do it...I burn WAY too easily!
Looking good, my friend! I have inspired a monster! LOL!

| Yup, I tan 2 - 3x a week. I actually enjoy it. Very relaxing.
Any suggestions on how to tighten up and get the abs looking better? |

| Have you ever considered taking a natural water cutter? It will help shed excess water under your skin for that dry, tight look. There are a few good ones on the market that I have used before contests. Most of them contain, of all things, dandelion in the form of Taraxicum (I think that is the spelling). I used on called Taraxatone that worked well. Other than that, you can try Forskolin, which is supposed to help fight fat, especially cellulite, as well as promote heart health. And of course, you can ramp up your cardio. Try switching to interval training if you haven't already done that.

| Looking pretty good, there, bro! You're definitely an inspiration to me, who keeps stopping working out because I get discouraged with only having that cable machine to use...at least right now. Soon I may be able to finally join a real gym, since I got a new job with better pay and much closer to home, geographically. _________________
