I started doing this one particular workout recently, and it is kicking my BUTT! I can hardly walk, my legs are so sore. It's to the point where I can't do another workout until my leg soreness goes away, lol...
Here's what it is:
Spartan workoutI think the rules listed in the video are a little misleading...I'm sure it means you do 30 reps of EACH exercise, for a TOTAL of 300 reps for the entire workout; not 300 reps for each one, lol... As I'm sure you guys know, workouts like this are much harder than the guy in the video makes it look.
I'm doing this one since it requires very little equipment, and the equipment used in the video can be replaced with whatever is handy to use. Also, it's very versatile; you can do it just about anywhere.
