2-8-8 Deadlifts
1. Reverse Green Band Deadlifts standing on a 2" platform-all done sumo unless noted and used only a belt-225x3,315x1,405x1,455x1,475xmiss-switched to conventional-475x1,495x1,505xmiss. Until now I only did reverse band deadlifts using blue bands and the last time I tried them I missed 455 and was wearing briefs and not standing on the platform so I'm taking this as a huge PR!!!!!
2. Strapped in Abs-95x2x8 holding each rep in the contracted position.
3. Dumbbell Side Bends-70x2x10 each side
I am WHOOPED!!!!

What a week so far...I go into the garage at 3:00 yesterday to plug in the heaters and go back in the house. At 6:30 I go out to train and find I have blown a fuse and the temperature is 25 in the garage...I skipped training!!!!

Today I go out and do my squats-box squats. I worked up to 315+blue bands for 2 doubles. Then my friend and training partner calls and he is going through some serious stuff so I run out to help him and just got back home 2 hours later. So I did some ab stuff and I'm done.

2-25-8 Circa Max week 2
Kind of screwed the pooch today. I was supposed to get 335x3x2 with blues and greens but only ended up making one rep with the straps down. I then went to 315 with the bands and straps up and got it for a single. Then went to 365 for a single. This is not where I want to be a month out from a meet. Did some sit ups and that's it.

2-29-8 Deadlifts
1. Sumo Pulls from the floor using Metal Pro Briefs-135x3,225x3,315x3,405x1. Added Reverse Bands(greens)-405x3,455x3,515x1.
2. Suspended GMs-135x2x5,185x2x5,225x2x5
3. Bunch of Abs
I used the Spud straps from EFS for the suspended GMs. They are so much better than chains. The movement feels a lot smoother with these than chains for some reason. I highly recommend these.

Things are going pretty well. I've had some minor setbacks but everything has worked out. I'm looking forward to my meet in a few weeks.
