| Nice! Keep it up. I like to watch how your lifts are going. I have two straight days off from lifting Wed and Thu and I need them. The heavier DL stuff is starting to make my back sing. I stay sore longer. I'm still making gains but after the meet I'm thinking of extanding my time in between Squat and DL days. How do you cycle your ME days do keep low back fresh? _________________ Happy times!!

| You can look at it a couple of ways... 1. You can alternate your ME days doing a squat movement one week and a pull/goodmorning movement the next. 2. Keep hammering away and as long as you don't get hurt your back will get used to it. I would only suggest this for an experienced lifter. |

So you do as many sets as it takes to hit the rep #? _________________ Happy times!!

| | That's the plan. The key is to increase the volume regardless of how many sets it takes. |

| 4-25-8 Squats Today was supposed to be dynamic effort squats but I ended up working up to 505 for a double in briefs and a belt. Then I did some seated calf raises for a bunch of sets then some 45 degree hypers with a green band for 3x10. Finished with some abs. I'm still all over the place with how I want to structure my training. |

| 4-27-8 DE Bench 1. Bench press-135+50 lb of chain-6x2 2. Inclines-95x2x20. I was going to go heavier but at 135 I got an intense pain in the side delt on my right shoulder so I went lighter. It didn't hurt when I did the flat bench. 3. Side Lateral Raise-10sx5x15 |

| 5-2-8 Bench Press 1. Shirt work-I put on my new 2 ply Fury right away. I figured the more I wore it the faster it would break in so I started at 135 and my kids laughed at me. On to 225 for about five 4" reps. Then onto 315 for 2 triples of half reps. It will take a few weeks to break in this shirt but I will get it there. 2. Barbell Skull Crushers-95x4x10. 3. Monster mini band face pulls-5x10 4. Some light ab work |
