So I was complaining yesterday about having nobody to train with when the doorbell rings. It was one of my old training partners who lives in Columbus. He works here in town now and said he wants to start training again. So we benched tonigh. i am going to rearrange my training so it works for both of us. Anyway....
8-20-9
1. Shirted 2 Boards-315x3,405x1,455x1,505x1!!! I guess I need a hand-off guy and a good spotter.
2. Shirted 1 Board-505xmiss-went about half way up and stalled.

Still trying to lay out a schedule with a partner. I haven't had to work with anyone for a while and it's taking some time to iron out. I would rather have this than the other alternative though. Anyway, today was kind of active recovery so nothing exciting.

Over the past week I have been kind of taking it easy. I have been in the gym only to test my lifts a little bit and get ready for the upcoming cycle which starts today for the Feb 6,2010 Pro/Am in Columbus Ohio.

I've not yet "hit the switch". I've been cutting some weight and going through the motions. I find it impossible to cut weight and really keep my strength up.

Good luck in your training Jim! Those RAW deads look good.

What are your Feb, 2010 goals?
