Abs I know the shirt work is very light but it's all part of the plan. Trying to feel out the particulars of this program and it's based on the long term. the weights will go past m previous best soon enough. |

| It was kind of embarrasing. My 13 year old son does them better than I do. But I try to make excuses by telling him he weighs half of what I do so he's not using as much weight!!! |

| I haven't done planks in awhile. Have to try again. _________________ I don't have time for all if it, so I pick my battles. I concentrate on spotting and weeding out satanic paper, handkerchiefs (do you really want Satan that close to your nose?) and eggs. I can spot satanic eggs at Wal Mart like a frickin' drug sniffing dog.
