I know the shirt work is very light but it's all part of the plan. Trying to feel out the particulars of this program and it's based on the long term. the weights will go past m previous best soon enough.

That was it for today. Too many hours at work and not nearly enough sleep is starting to take it's toll on me.

It was kind of embarrasing. My 13 year old son does them better than I do. But I try to make excuses by telling him he weighs half of what I do so he's not using as much weight!!!
