I did some testing last week to see where my problems with my shoulders and elbows are coming from. Apparently, I am very weak in my rotator cuff area/ I also have some other problem areas to work on so hopefully that will be the beginning of bigger and better bench pressing.

By weak in the rotator cuff do you mean internal problems or how you actually lift?

I have had shoulder and elbow pain for a while but lately it has gotten to the point that my bench is actually going down. The testing I did compared the amount I could lift in several exercises and showed a significant wekness in the rotators. Specifically external rotation so there is an imbalance in my shoulders I need to fix.

That's interesting. How will you go about fixing that? Maybe I can get some ideas.

I plan to do a lot of rotator cuff exercises and work on the other areas I need. Watch my logs in the coming weeks. I plan to have a day where I do only stuff that will work on these areas.

I felt that way all last week. Sometimes gravity just seems stronger.
