| How do you know you are getting old? You sneeze and throw out your lower back! GRRRR!!!! No kidding, I did this on Monday. How ridiculous! Also, I was benching 345lbs. a few weeks ago. On the down move, I went a little too deep and stretched a muscle in my right arm. Now whenever I bench press I can feel that stupid pain in my arm between my bicep and shoulder. GRRRRRR!!! I hate injuries and getting old! My rant is not done. |

:bang1: Nice! Hope your pains go away soon! I'm only 33 but occasionally I feel things I wouldn't have 5-10 years ago. I used to wonder why NFL Running Backs were done by 30-33...now I know! |

| I took it easy with weight this week and concentrated on high reps. Actually had a nice burn going on from doing minute long reps with short breaks in between sets. Might do that again next week to give that pain a chance to heal before lifting heavy again. Still blows my mind that I threw my back out with a stinkin' sneeze! LOL! |

| You know by how many joints pop when you work out. _________________ I don't have time for all if it, so I pick my battles. | I strained a muscle in my neck sneezing one time... My right ear was basically pinned to my shoulder for two straight days!!!! Arttie _________________ Constitutional separation of church and state is a lie; it is a figment of the secular-progressive's imagination.

| how about picking up your towel and crunch there goes the back. How humbling - my towel ways less than a lb or kneeling and standing up and dislocating your knee cap, not once but twice or turning on the interior light in the car and dislocating a shoulder. i need to not to move any more |

| I have pulled muscles in my back by sneezing a few times in my life ... the first time it happened, I think I was 16 ... I couldn't believe it. I had legitimately pulled a muscle by sneezing, and had a debilitating back pain for weeks because of it. Super lame Ult ... would you say I am ... old??? _________________ ... a chill rises from the soil ... ... and contaminates the air ... ... suddenly ... ... life has new meaning ...

I've never pulled it, but I get a cramp in that muscle sometimes while yawning. It sucks because there's little you can do about it._________________ “If you make less than $250,000 your taxes will not go up.
