I have been lacking in motivation a lot lately. I feel like my training is going nowhere. I did the "long talk with myself" thing and decided to enlist the help of an expert. I talked to Phil Harrington of Westside Barbell and he has agreed to help me. My training will be posted in my log as usual but mat look a little odd for a while. Those Westside guys are incredibly helpful. Years ago when I first thought about PLing I called their # and someone answered and instead of handing the phone off, simply explained what I needed to do.

I hope he gets you headed in the right direction.

On GoHeavy.com someone posted that Chuck Vogelpohl is doing a seminar. Don't know where, but I bet that would get you pumped.

That seminar is about 45 minutes from here. I won't be going to this one but there will be others. I've talked to Chuck several times. He's a real cool guy and actually really quiet.
