Yes, I also have to buy low-lactose protein powder but I only found one or two.

There are several lactose-free proteins on the market. MuscleMilk makes a very good tasting one, for example.

Generally, I would caution against switching to soy protein, though. I know a lot of people who have used soy and didn't like it at all.

Are you sure you are lactose intolerant? Is it any dairy products or just protein powders that upset your stomach?

Yes, I'm sure. I get bloated with a lot of gas and stomach pain if I don't take any lactaid. Lactaid helps digesting but it's still kind of painful. So I'm intolerant to all dairy products and protein powders. Also, I have a really hard time digesting apples and some types of bread.

Found one protein powder from Champion Nutrition with low-lactose. Taken with a lactaid, I have little side effects.

Healthforce Nutritionals makes an awesome Rice and Hemp protein shake, that also has a bunch of enyme's in it, to help you digest it efficiently. I believe it's called Warrior Food. It's also Gluten Free.
