I have in the past but it's been a while. I plan on doing so here soon. I'd like your advice on what's the current best bang for my $$$. Placebo or not, I have had good results before. I am, however, rusty as far as being up to date on the latest and greatest and looking for help.

Thanks guys!!

There are SO MANY different kinds on the market now, its crazy. I am a sound believer in creatine, though there is about 10% of the population who get nothing from it at all. I used to be like that with a lot of the cheap, knock-off creatine out there. But, once I started using higher quality stuff, I got pretty good results.

The best creatine I have EVER taken is called M5 and is put out by Cellucor. It is Kre-Alklayn creatine, along with a nitric oxide booster. It comes in capsules, or in two different flavors...but, it is EXPENSIVE. It costs $90 per 25 serving can from the Cellucor website, and I have yet to find a wholesale distributor who carries it for less than $65. But...as far as results...I have NEVER found anything that comes even close to it.

I've seen some positive results from creatine, although I haven't actually taken it for well over a year now. I was cycling on and off of it every few months for a while. However, since that time I've seen growth and strength without it, so I haven't taken it again.

I've been taking N.O. explode which mixes nitric oxide and creatine. I don't get bigger but the muscle fatigue is less and the recovery time seems faster.

NOXplode did NOTHING for me at all...but BigBravesFan loves it. Personally, I think it is way too expensive for what it does.
