Any tips? I haven't been working them as much as I should. Especially the calves...

I hate working my calves. They're small (35 cm) and I'm not really inspired in any exercise for them.

Agrees.. Calves are crap to work.

Normally just do calf raises.

Forearms? Maybe overhand barbell curls or hammer curls?

You can also do underhand and overhand wrist curls.

I feel the same about forearms as I do about calves..

Calves and forearms get a lot of indirect work, also. Your forearms get all sorts of work while gripping bars, for example. Also, hammer curls will help build the upper part of your forearms.

Calves...what else can you say? Seated calf rasies, standing calf raises, toe presses, and donkey calf raises...that's pretty much it. Jumping rope for cardio helps as well...

Some people's calves simply won't get all that big...even pro bodybuilders have this problem.

Arttie

For calves I've noticed jumping jacks help (related to the rope jumping)

I never work forarms because of what Arttie says. When I have especially intense and rapid back/shoulder/bicep day I notice the forarms get worked the most. They are invovled in every lift!

In fact, there's not a free-weight lift the forarms aren't involved in at some level. Even with squats they're holding the bar some.
