Does anyone else train martial arts/MMA? I train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu when my work schedule doesn't conflict.

I coached submission wrestling and know some judo and jiu jitsu, though I would never be considered an expert, or even "good" in either. I wrestled in high school and college, both folkstyle and Greco-Roman, so I know a lot of throws which are judo based.
