Hey guys. I just set up a forum for powerlifting,bodybuilding,etc. It was mainly set up for those associated with Discipletraininggear.com but all lifters are welcome. We have several powerlifters and some bodybuilders registered already. Of course, being new it is very slow so stop by and start posting.
