My wife has the same problem, Tonya. But, instead of wanting to change, my wife seems to just accept it and continues down the same destructive paths. I can't say much, though. I have high blood pressure and haven't really made any lifestyle changes either.

No dude I cannot do that. I value my eyes, my teeth, my memory, my legs, my feet and my heart too much.

Just thinking about not being able to walk or see totally freaks me out!
