| Bench press. Free weight.
135 lbs. x 12
225 lbs. x 12
315 lbs. x 3
370 lbs. x 1
Pushing up 355 pretty easy. Might stop pushing max weight and see if I can start getting a couple reps at 355.

Any thoughts of Powerlifting? At your weight class you'd be highly competative.
Do you squat and DL?

| I have done squats and Dead lifts, but I am no where near as strong at those two things.
No, I've never considered power lifting. I've been basically body building over the years. Bench just seems to come really easy for me.

| Ooo! Very true. There's a meet in Rio Rancho Sept. 6. I just saw this the other day and thought of you, Ult.
