Best protein bars and shakes?

ISS Advantage Matrix Chocolate powder is the best thing I've tried so far... thanks to Arttie. I had to put 2 times the milk they recommended though because it was like pudding but the taste is GREAT!

Best bar I've tasted is called Protein 2 Go. 22 grams of protein for 7 grams of fat. Not bad.

I tried a bar at the Arnold several years ago. The taste was awesome. It was from a company out of the UK called Scifit I think. I haven't been able to find them anywhere since.

Do you know what's really funny? Each time I see "extraordinary taste" on a protein bar or shake I'm equate this to "eatable". Lol

There used to be a weight gainer bar on the market many years ago(when i was still trying to "get big") that had the exact same nutrient composition as a king size Snickers.

I think the best ones I have tried lately taste wise are the pure protein bars. They aren't too big so they don't take all day to choke down and they don't taste all that bad. As far as shakes go I like the Muscle Milk stuff about the best. Body Fortress is really good too. You can get it at Walmart for less than $15 for about 30 servings.

im not sure about that walmart protein, its far from pure 100% protein thats why they sell it so cheap.

Muscle Milk is very good, but high in sugar (which is why it's so good). Tastes just like a chocolate malt.

Yeah, Muscle Milk is pretty palatable. There are a few different bars that taste ok but I have been given a bunch of GoLean energy/protein bars so that's what I use right now.

I hear ya... Like I say, you need to know about the sugar and make any adjustments you need to it you are going to be on a strict diet, but it's very easy to mix up that MM shake.
