Is this something that is good for kids? I've heard it's not good because their bones are not strong enough yet for that, and it will stunt their growth.

That is child abuse. People who make their kids lift weights at such a young age dont deserve them.

I dont believe a kid should start lifting until he is atleast 15. But thats just my opinion

That kid is unusually strong for his age but everything i've read talks about how bad lifting is at such a young age. Of course, I also read how organized sports is bad for them with the repetitive motion and beating they go through. Look at gymnasts and how little girls bodies are affected for life.

It is indeed dangerous and unhealthy. I am surprised everyone is celebrating this rather than questioning it.
