What is the most you have ever paid for a Cd or Demo?

I'll start this off. I just paid 50 bucks for Drop Dead - Death by Fusion. It is beginning to look like a reissue is never going to happen so get this anyway you can! Crying or Very sad

I paid $225 for a copy of an original limited edition of 500 copies, of the cd "Constellation" by Arcturus. My wife was actually the one who encouraged me to pay "whatever it took" since she knew how much I wanted it. That's probably the only time I will ever pay that much for a cd ever again. Considering the last copy I saw on Ebay went for almost $400, I don't feel so bad about it now. Very Happy

I have 3 copies of Human Sacrifice, (2 without the Rising, 1 with), and those suckers go for a LOT on Ebay......I think the last copy I saw on Ebay went for $70

I was in Japan ealier this year on vacation (Yeah, I kind of brag about that when I get the chance Razz

not real healthy) and it was insanely fun but I paid about 6k Yen, about 60 USD, for an Iron Maiden cd and a cd of Japanese Pop singer (turned out the album was crap too Razz

)

So I guess $30, or ina strange way $60 because the Iron Maiden cd is the only good one. One good song on that J-pop album.

And yes...I do like some J-Pop. It's weird I know. I am really picky about what J-pop i do like though.

I traded some stuff plus like $40 bucks about 15 years ago for the Tempest Annihilation of the Wicked demo. That was a lot of money, ESPECIALLY for my age at the time. I was in college, and that was a lot of moolah!

i PAID $30 FOR MASTEDON - IT'S A JUNGLE of course a month later I found it at a flea-market for $3 and it was in better shape...Flea markets have yeilded alot of great finds for me.
