Is anyone else having problems with this board member and seller Joe Castellaneta, xcastellanetax? Like sending him money and receiving nothing? I sent him a large sum for a few hundred CDs (with money orders, like an idiot), and haven't received anything. He had valid excuses for the first couple of weeks, but now he won't return PMs or phone calls. I'm starting to fear that I'm a victim of fraud and perhaps he's a scam artist.

Has anyone had any dealings with him, successful or otherwise?

Next step will be to file a police report and add him to all the fraudulent seller lists online. Then make a trip to NY since I have his work and home addresses. Just want to cover all my bases before then, and give him another chance to do the right thing if he reads this.

This guy (Joe Castellaneta) is a total fraud! Don't pay any money to him because you won't see any money back (even if you've paid via PayPal, like I did) and he won't send the cds or e-mail anything back.

JOE YOU ARE A FRAUD!

Oh yeah -- forgot to update this. I DID finally get all my CDs. About 5-6 weeks after I paid, and after about a dozen separate promises that they'd go out the "next day." But I got 'em, so I guess his hard luck story was the truth. Family troubles, multiple car failures, etc. He also gave me a phone call before shipping them, to apologize. Seemed like a nice guy. I definitely wouldn't order from him again, because I don't like to wait that long, but he didn't steal my money.

I think he might have posted some more CDs on here under a different user name, for anyone who pays close attention.

Well, no such luck for me....after a brief recovery of communication Joe went AWOL on me again. Repeated e-mails asking him to return my messages but no reply.
Joe, if you're reading this PLEASE be so kind to at least have the decency to reply, OK?
