Ditto. ^ I',m 29 and feel like 60.

Drinking and Dancing actually go together better though.

but concerning your article.. I believe stress is what leads to both Sleeping Problems and Drinking... probably 7 times out of 10. scratch

I struggle so hard with this as I have sleep apnea. I've tried almost evey home remedy and gone to Dr.s with not much to show for it. Most people who have it are big barrel chested men. Remember Reggie White the football player? Died of complications of it af only 43. affraid

I'm in that 15% that they have no clue why I have it and the sleep machine, which is of the devil, does only a little to help. It's partly why I work out so hard, have to keep the heart in as good a shape as I can.

.....and thank God, my machine RAWKS. Sorry to hear it doesn't work for you, that must really suck. I know what that's like, I've had some complications with mine in the past.

My brothers both have it, too, and my friend Jessie who is only 22 just found out she has it.

I've been told I have a "touch" of sleep apnea, but it's only when I sleep on my back that it causes problems. Since I sleep on my stomach, I should be fine.
