Portal is a highly addictive and entertaining game, if , like me you tend to obsess with figuring out puzzles. The song is also entertaining!

I also like Five Iron Frenzy's song "The Wizard Needs Food Badly" obliquely refering to the video game classic Guantlet!

Resisting listening to this, as I'm extremely interested in picking up Portal when I'm able, and hearing this after I finish it (I'm assuming it's the awesome end credits song I've heard about). I've played the demo, and must say, I'm sold! Very Happy

Very interesting twist on the first person genre, and truly a unique, as well as flat out fun, experience.

As far as greatest video game songs ever written...

You may change your mind when you've heard this one, particularly after playing Portal. Very Happy

But yeah, definitely pick it up, and don't be fooled. You'll get some destruction in. It's not all brains.

If you think yours is the greatest VG song ever, why has Gametrailers.com never used it, hm?

Of course, if you're talking pure instrumentals, nothing beats the classics, like this:
