If anyone else wants to know what the heck we're talking about, order the thing!

I've only read about 10% of it and it's already worth the purchase price.

And no, I have nothing to do with the publication beyond knowing several people involved with it from message boards. And that fact has nothing to do with my opinion of the project. If I thought it sucked, I'd contact those I know privately. But because I'm enjoying it and think Shock Totem is a quality piece of work, I'm posting my opinion publicly.

Just finished another pair of great stories from this mag.

"Slider" reads like a long lost Twilight Zone episode and "The Dead March" is a very warped trailer trash zombie story.

Both great reads! This magazine is blowing my mind; if this is the debut issue, I happily look forward to what future issues will provide.
