| I'm currently re-reading Terry Goodkind's "Sword Of Truth" series (on book 6 now...), but I also started Ted Dekker's new book "Saint". If you are a Dekker fan, you will LOVE this book. | That's right Bryan. Emotes come in very handy for......those of us who are just now learning to read and write. You've heard the expression "A picture is worth a thousand words" well......I can use emotes and I don't have to say as much. See?? The friendly old man agrees with me. See?? He did it again. I love this old dude. And he loves me. Well......he's getting there. BTW as soon as I start a new book i'll post it here and on the *archaic, rusty, pre-technology CMR* we are used to.

| Hey Randy......you'll love that book BTW. I'm betting you will. I read that when I was 14 and that was a good read.

| Started two related (in subject matter) books tonight. Both are small (200 or so pages) so it won't take long to finish them.
Panzer Division by Kenneth Macksey.
German Armor by Douglas Orgill.
Both books are concise histories of German armored doctrine, use, and hardware in WW II.

| Stuka At War by Gebhard Aders and Werner Held.
This is an excellent work on operational employment of the SturzKampfFlugZeug by the Luftwaffe in World War II.
Good schtuff.

Yes, I've purchased most of those books throughout the past 9 months. If I don't strategize and plan ahead, other activities will crowd reading for pleaure out of my schedule. It's been tough resisting the temptation to begin reading them as they beckon to me from my bookshelf, but completing my Finance course is more important. Even though theology and OT studies aren't my bread and butter, I like to keep the Hebrew I learned in seminary sharp. Like the saying goes, 'If you don't use it, you'll lose it." Those 2 books of OT essays are pretty 'heavy lifting' in terms of their technical depth and not something to be read casually. I knew if I started reading them now, my MBA courses would suffer greatly. |

| | I'm amazed at how many people on these book threads appreciate classic literature. |

| That's why they call it *classic* literature. Besides......kind of puts to rest the *myth* that metalheads can't read.
