I gotta say both are equal.. both are useful for different situations. Rockstar actually is genious cause it has b vitamins and inositol that counteracts the affects of caffeine.

For those that don't know too.. Rockstar was made by one of Michael Savage's sons... that's were he got teh idea for vitamins that counteract it..his dad.

sugar free red bull is disgusting, so is the regular version. rockstar rules. especially the zero carb. no crash like you do with energy drinks that have glucuronolactone and guarana. monster and red bull are known for that garbage. coffee is freaking disgusting too.

2. I detest coffee, all of it. One can *flavor* it any way desired....I don't like it. Evil or Very Mad

3. I like energy drinks a lot. I only drink the ones that have some actual nutritional benefit to them......otherwise I have no use for the things (that brand(s) that only has *high fructose corn syrup* and caffeine

in it/them).

I love Rockstar and Rockstar roasted, but I went with coffee. Nothing does it for me like a good cup of coffee in the morning. Smile

I used to drink 3 or 4 energy drinks a day. I would crash hard in the late afternoon and need another one. And on top of that I was getting fat. So I quit drinking all energy drinks and I only drink diet soda. I lost 15 pounds! Yeah! I love energy drinks, but they are so bad for me. Grrrr... Mad

Can't stand any energy drinks! They are just plain nasty!

I'll take a cup of coffee any day. I prefer a cappuccino or latte, though.
