| We were away at Disneyland last week. Here are our 2nd set of Christmas Portraits we picked up Monday.They turned out really good.       We had this silhouette done at Disneyland. Old lady in a rocking chair does each face in less than 1 minute, with scissors and paper  Now a funny story. Little miss Anne there was spinning around in the living room tonight when I heard a crash. Sounded like someone dropped a stack of plates. I rush out to the living room to see that she had spun into 1 of the Christmas Trees (We have 2, My wife's a Christmas Fruitcake) So the tree is laying on the floor and the kids are screaming. The base is destroyed. For a moment I tell her Christmas is canceled because the tree is broken.....Mean I know But I relented on that after a few moments. (I love little kids, I pretended to be Santa on the phone today and told her to stop being mean to her brother because Santa is watching her. hehehe) So I offer to go to the store and grab a new one tonight. My wife adds Sweetened Condensed Milk to that list. Go to the family dollar she says.... WELL, do you think family dollar has what I need? Nope, and Dollar General across the street? Nope It's another 20 minutes into town to Wal-mart and a 30 minutes search but I am victorious in my hunt for a new stand. What's that? The Sweetened Condensed Milk? No such luck. Powdered milk is EVERYWHERE! bout that's not what I need. I had to run to a grocery store for that. So what my wife thought would be a 30 minute round trip ended up being 2+ hours and 4 stores later. But, The tree is up again.  |

| Surprised there has been no festive Christmas pics!  Mom and Dad came again this year. A good time had by all!  My girls are Legos freaks and they were very happy! Notice next to the little one's elbow, she asked for Halloween decorations for Christmas  Her Grammy, who's a pushover, got them for her.  Dressed for a Christmas season wedding (I was blissfully not required to attend!!)  For those who haven't seen this in the other thread, my coolest gift!!  Life has its funny cycles. My little people getting their first Transformers, which were among my all-time favorite toys as a kid. Brianna asked for a good-guy and Dominique asked for a bad-guy, so this pack conveniently had one of each. _________________ Hey kid! |
