| For those very few of you that know them.. I was curious which tracks might be your favorite. I'll have to think about it. |

| Could never get into APOP for some reason. Cool album covers though. Well, they used to have cool album covers. _________________ Dark motions, black eyes, and mournful lust, the wings of solitude ...I'm the hateful raven

| I always like the song ok *except* for when the first line of the chorus comes in. I probably would have set it up a bit differently or did something different, if it was up to me. _________________ Dark motions, black eyes, and mournful lust, the wings of solitude ...I'm the hateful raven

Starsign?
It's probably cause you haven't heard it in a klub nice and loud with everyone dancing too it. In that environment.. it sounds just about perfect, at least to me, only the chorus is too short. |

| Nah.. I never got into anything because it was played at a club or anything. I think music can stand strongly on it's own, and for me EBM does. I know it's hugely ironic, but I don't want to mentally associate this music with dancing. It just always struck me as a lot more than what most people take it for. I don't think most people that listen to A23 for example "get it". They just want something to dance to. Plus it's just not the imagery I get. It probably has something to do with my cyberpunk obsession. That's where the music easily lends itself to me, rather than the dance floor. _________________ Dark motions, black eyes, and mournful lust, the wings of solitude ...I'm the hateful raven

| It jsut always makes me laugh that Stefan Graff (or however his name goes) played keyboards in Satyricon for a time. ANd you wrong with how "people" listen to that kind of musik.. I've gone to goth klubs for a long time now.. and i can tell you in that scene people are very picky with what they dance too .. it's not like the trance scene,etc.. haha. |

| I'm just saying by virtue of what they are, they automatically grab up a certain load of fans who only care about that sort of thing. Sort of how death metal always has a section of people who like it because it's "so br000tulzz!!!1" who never *in addition* pick the compositions apart, check out the lyrics (if it's an intelligent death metal band, keep this in mind), and so on. _________________ Dark motions, black eyes, and mournful lust, the wings of solitude ...I'm the hateful raven

| The quote in that song has always made me think. Are we fascinated with science fiction and electronic music because we like to put a face and a curious study on one of our possible destructors (sentient technology)? Or do we perhaps slightly yearn to become something more than the flesh we all know is scarred and flawed, and oblige to look deep into the porthole, to feel closer? _________________ Dark motions, black eyes, and mournful lust, the wings of solitude ...I'm the hateful raven
