| I think its a minimum of 30 days now. I could be wrong. Try to submit a claim...it will tell you if you have not waited long enough. Have you tried contacting the person? Sometimes its oversight...sometimes its shipping problems (happens to me a LOT with overseas shipping for some reason)...sometimes (and I've had this happen twice) the eBay system doesn't register that payment has been received. I had to actually go to PayPal to double check. Arttie _________________ Constitutional separation of church and state is a lie; it is a figment of the secular-progressive's imagination.

| I think minimum waiting time is only 2 weeks. I had a guy rip me off after only 2 weeks after the sale and get his money back even though he got the merchandise. I think you must file before 60 days (I THINK). After that, I believe it is to late to receive a refund. |

| Like I said, I could be wrong. They changed some things when they forced you to start using PayPal. Arttie _________________ Constitutional separation of church and state is a lie; it is a figment of the secular-progressive's imagination.

| That's pretty much the situation you are in anyways with eBay anymore. I had a problem a couple months ago now. I ordered an item that was not as described. When I filed a claim with eBay, they told me it was a PayPal problem. So, when I filed a claim through PayPal, they told me it was an eBay problem. So, I called eBay, and they started the same crappola of passing the buck again. So, I refuse to use eBay anymore. _________________ "DEJA MOO--The feeling that you've heard this bull before!" |

| I rarely use eBay anymore, but I have still not had any major bad experiences there. I just bought a $40 VCR on there a few weeks ago. It arrived, damaged, and didn't work correctly. I contacted the seller, he offered me to send me another one of the same model, which I accepted (as I liked it!), and he sent it to me. Deal done, we both get positive feedback, even though there was a problem. The key to eBay is to check the feedback before you bid. I pretty much refuse to buy from any seller with less than 97% feedback or higher and a minimum of 1,000 feedbacks. And by sticking to that rule, I have not had any problems. |
