As many of you know I work at a ranch for trouble teen boys. Well, we have an open position here that is called Progam Manager which is basically the job right under the directors. In fact, the PM has more power in some ways as the person is more hands on with the staff and then reports to the director but also is the one to blame when things go wrong. So guess who, with his lack of people skills and sarcastic humor, put his name in the hat?
The board is probably gnashing their teeth over this decision right now.
You could pray for me if you like.

I put this here so more would see it but if the mods feel is should be moved that's ok.

Oh yeah. My wife and I have been praying for three months and feel this is God's leading as much as I ever feel that.

It will be an easing in process. I think my Becoming the Archetype shirt threw some of the board. In many ways, they don't know what to think. I'm very conservative theologically but they are from the old school of how to do church, music, clothes, hair, etc.
I will start by being a staff mentor for newer and younger staff and a general checking of the program to reign in problems.
I still appreciate prayer.
