| the first worker was killed yesterday. that place had been running for 10 years and this is the first accident in this multitude. pray for the man's family as well as the bosses, employees and all of us at Newtown Energy. Theres a good chance we may get shut down. I really hope that doesnt happen. _________________ Matthew 5:43-48 John 3:16 Romans 10:9 & 13, 13:8 1 John 3:21-24 Revelation 22:20-21 www.myspace.com/fullyjustifiedband"My house! my house! my house! | Man, that's rough. I'm praying. _________________ I don't have time for all if it, so I pick my battles. I concentrate on spotting and weeding out satanic paper, handkerchiefs (do you really want Satan that close to your nose?) and eggs. I can spot satanic eggs at Wal Mart like a frickin' drug sniffing dog.

| You got it, WV! Praying for the safety of all you guys, as well as God's comfort on you all as well as your co-worker's family, and finally, that the mine will NOT get shut down. Please be safe! |

| thanks friends... I learned that the man who was killed was indeed a Believer so he is most deffinately with the Father in Heaven. That made me feel really good when I learned that. _________________ Matthew 5:43-48 John 3:16 Romans 10:9 & 13, 13:8 1 John 3:21-24 Revelation 22:20-21 www.myspace.com/fullyjustifiedband"My house! my house! my house! Praise God!!! That is always so comforting to hear when someone we know passes on that they were a believer. |

| Just because there is a death does not mean you will get shut down. Most likely you'll go under some government scrutiny for a while, but this will just bring more safety features for the rest of the employees. The tire factory that I used to work for had had a couple of deaths in their history. One guy got caught in one of the machines that they made radials for semis and buses, and he got stretched--a couple of feet! Sadly, it was a couple of hours before anyone found him, too! So, this just brought on some needed safety controls on the machines. I knew people who got their arms crushed, lost a finger, and even a lady on a forklift who flipped her lift over and ended up losing a leg. Workplace accidents happen. What gets companies in hot water is how they deal with them. A responsible employer will compensate people or families without court interference, and then add safety features or policies as needed. _________________ "I have no desire to speak w/other tongues, I already do enough damage w/the one I have!!" - Candlemass |

Well I said what I did about it shutting down because the owner of the company is considering it himself. I should have mentioned that earlier. But anyways the news paper here where I live wrote an article about him and it was full of lies and had half the truth. It really got to him. We had so many inspectors there this week it wasnt even funny. They had been pretty hard on them in the past cause they didnt have a special safety crew._________________ Matthew 5:43-48 John 3:16 Romans 10:9 & 13, 13:8 1 John 3:21-24 Revelation 22:20-21 www.myspace.com/fullyjustifiedband"My house! my house! my house!
