| Many of you have seen on here the struggles that my gf Jory and I have been having over the past several months. It has been a difficult situation for both of us, and has come to a turning point, as of just last night. Earlier in the week there were some confrontations, and I was at the point of finally giving up - in fact, I knew we were meeting last night, and I was going to tell her then. She surprised me, first by being late - and then by our conversation. . . she asked for patience, that she had made some decisions, and that she wanted me to still see her while she was making these changes in her life. She explained that she knows she is not entirely well, and that she may fall down again, but asked that I be patient with her. She asked to date me - and knowing full well what that means, that we take things slow, and work towards healing our relationship. We are really working towards doing things right in the eyes of God - and everything that entails. I got such a sense of hope and contentment from her last night - I haven't seen that for a while. It was very moving. So - what she needs is prayer. Prayers specifically for dealing with, what she called, an addiction. We are also planning on attending celebrate recovery together at our church. I'll leave it there for now. I covet your prayers - and appreciate you for doing so. Thanks. |

| Sounds like positive steps. _________________ I don't have time for all if it, so I pick my battles. | She has taken this further than I could have ever imagined - and to God be the glory. She went to my folks house with me last night and apologized to them. She plans to do the same with my friends, and their wives. Praise God - I'm just dumbfounded. God is good!! |

| Thanks all - I know the prayers are being heard - and answered. All is going very well. We are continuing to discuss and work through this - even as I'm preparing to be gone for 8 months. God is good. . . |
