Prayer for a friend's loss requested... :( (Update: June 27)

Hey guys.

I got online tonight only to be informed by my ex-girlfriend that a mutual friend of ours just lost her father this week. Our friend is not a believer (though she has come closer to the truth since I've known her, since she used to be a hard-line atheist and now considers herself more of an agnostic), so this will be especially hard on her. Please, pray for her during this time, and pray that God would use this event to bring her closer to Himself.

In addition, please also pray for my ex-girlfriend, Mallory, as her grandmother just today was admitted to the hospital for cancer.

Thanks everyone. It's in times like these where our loved ones, especially those who are not believers, need us prayer warriors the most.

Update, June 27: I talked with my friend a bit more. She wasn't present when her father died, but evidently the police are calling the scene of his death a crime scene.
