As many of you know I struggle with depression and anger and whatnot. I recently became a basket case. But I recently moved (out of my own thanks to my parents generosity), started taking medicine, and talking to a mentor. I was really encouraged at how much better I was feeling and how much less the anxiety, panic and whatnot was effecting me.

But its started creeping back. I'm going to fight it like heck...dadgummit.

But I'd covet your prayers? I'm feeling really helpless and afraid right now.

I need God' strength to avoid the things that spur me on...and the courage to do what is healthy for me spiritually.

I'm also praying for you, Derek. God will get you through this, but it will not be an overnight cure. He will use you in the future to help others like yourself overcome their hard times.
