I know at about the 6 month period, our marriage was the toughest. We were really getting on each others nerves. The biggest thing we had to learn is that we 2 people now had become one. We had to quit trying to live 2 separate lives in 1 house. We both had to have some give and take. I had to give up some things, and she did as well. We had to go back to think about why we got married. What did I love about my wife? Why did I want to spend the rest of my life with her?

We have to keep in mind that we are not in a marriage for ourselves. It should be for building up each other in Christ and showing Christ to each other. We are to love our wives as Christ loves the church. (I'm preaching to myself here). If I have to get off the computer and spend time with her, I need to do that. If she needs to stay home from shopping one night, she needs to do that.

Please don't take this as preaching or blaming you. I'm just telling you what we went through and what made it work for us. The more I looked at myself, the bigger plank I saw, and the smaller the speck in her eye became.

This is sad but, I told God this morning I don't care what plans He had for this marriage I don't want it anymore. I won't be home when she comes home from work.

Don't do it man. I know you are hurting but unfortunately, that is a part of life. How about asking God to give you a love for your wife you didn't know existed. I'm praying for you.

Please, don't do this.
Give your marriage a chance.
Give God the chance to help you and your wife to understand each other better.
I assume you didn't say YES for six months for for a much longer time.
